Is it possible to buy advertisements in magazines via e-commerce website?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$You could use a service like Tapinko (http://www.tapinko.com) but in order to maximize the ROI for each ad you place, you should really have an ad that is geared towards you targeted demographic, and adjust it slightly as necessary, for best results.

The only thing "wrong" with tapinko is that you are limited to what you can buy in a given market. In Nashville, where i live, for example, they only offer the Tennessean... which, if i was going to select that, I'd contact them directly. On the other hand, it seems that in other markets, they do offer a lot of niche stuff like blogs and zines, and off-the-wall opportunities like having your logo tattooed on someone. My logo is pretty awesome, but i don't want to see it plastered on someone's body!
Have you contacted TapInko to ask them? I don't doubt they will work with you if you are inquiring about a given market. Since they are a small startup, they are growing to offer more eventually.
