Is it possible to become a successful real estate agent nowadays?
I think I might be good at learning the short sale process and helping sellers negotiate with banks and buyers to get out of their mortgages. Is that a field that one can get into nowadays, or is there an overabundance of supply of people with such skills? What would be the process of licensing, and where would I apply?
