I am not a Doctor but I doubt it. It seems the two are at the different ends of the spectrum. Adderall is used for ADHD and narcolepsy which is a stimulant. It is an amphetamine and works on the central nervous system. Valium on the other hand is a muscle relaxer and actually attaches itself to brain cells. It seems the two would work against eachother and possibly set up a need to addiction offsetting one another. I would definately contact a Doctor before mixing these two.
