No. Not if you want to be very safe with your pregnancy.

The American Pregnancy Association recommends that women avoid eating all forms of deli meat, since there is a risk of listeria contamination with deli meat. Listeria is a rare form of bacteria that has been found to contaminate foods such as deli meats. Pregnant women are much more susceptible to Listeria infections than other people (20 times more likely, in fact). And worst of all are the consequences: Listeriosis can cause miscarriages and infections in the baby leading to death.

Scary, right?

If you absolutely MUST eat deli meat one or two times during your pregnancy, be sure to heat that meat until it is really, really steaming hot to hopefully kill any bacteria.

This is the same reason, by the way, that you should avoid soft cheeses and unpasteurized milk.
