USC is an NCAA FBS level team, meaning that it is pretty darn hard to get on the football team. If you are talking about walking on then it is still pretty hard but it is not impossible. If you are talking about getting an athletic scholarship to play for the USC Trojans Football team than you are talking about being one of the 25 best players in the country. Even though USC is having some problems winning this year, they are still considered a place where lots of players want to go for their college ball, meaning that you are going to be competing with students and players from all across the country. Playing football at any college at the FBS level is extremely hard, but when you are talking about a premiere team at that level the difficulty level goes up quite a bit.
