Is it easy to cook Ethiopian food?
How can I learn to cook Ethiopian food? What websites have Ethiopian food recipes?

Hi @tinews!
I haven't cooked any Ethiopian food but I've seen their recipes are just easy to prepare. Well what makes them sound difficult is that some of the ingredients are not familiar to me. Like for example the "African Chicken in Spicy Red Sauce," some ingredients are easily found in my country but the ground cardamom is not even known. And I said to myself, if I'd remove that ingredient, that is not Ethiopian anymore and I would love to know how Ethiopian food tastes like.
Btw, here are some sites that published Ethiopian recipes:
EthiopianRestaurant.com
