Is it appropriate to keep golf clubs in your office?
I've noticed that some executives on certain TV shows, like Ari Gold on Entourage, keep their golf clubs right in their office. While the location is definitely convenient, is this a good idea? Is it somewhat unprofessional, or does it simply show your clients that you really like golf? Is there any way for it to be a good thing?

I don't see a problem with it. Interest in golf now goes well beyond the country club types and isn't necessarily seen as an elitist activity.
As far as it being a good thing, it might encourage some of your employees who also share a love of golf to approach you about it. It's a nice topic to bond over. You might even pick up a few pointers.
