Facebook has the program Graffiti which is of course one of the most known and easy apps to use in terms of drawing on Facebook. However, it stands as the only true drawing program application right now for Facebook. As for the question of if companies look at it, I highly doubt it. It is more of a quirky program to share small things with your friends by putting them on your wall. You can share the drawings though with your friends. You can also add text and even animate it. You can also leave comments on your friends drawings or your own.
