David S. Nolte does own a pharmacy in Australia called David Nolte Pharmacy. The website can be found here: http://www.nolte.com.au/index.html
He is a pharmacist, national councilor of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and member of the Pharmacy Board of Victoria.
He is not the same David Nolte who is allegedly stalking Jennifer Love Hewitt. The David Nolte who is stalking Jennifer Love Hewitt is a 62-year-old man who recently sold his home in Colorado and moved to Los Angeles.
I did just find an article that stated Hewitt received "plane tickets to Australia from Nolte, as well an itinerary for a trip he had planned for the two of them."
I couldn't find a picture of "stalker" Nolte, but I did find one of "pharmacist" Nolte: http://www.guild.org.au/vic/content.asp?id=459
