"Caffeine is a stimulant that also poses many risks to acne sufferers. Caffeine artificially increases the production of stress hormones (that means your Coenzyme-A is being used to produce more hormones instead of metabolize sebum), negatively effects liver detoxification, and reduces your absorbance of healthy nutrients. Use moderation when it comes to these beverages if you’re having trouble with acne."

Drinking water is the best thing for your skin. To determine the amount of water you should be drinking daily, just take your total body weight, divide that number by 2 and that will give you the number of ounces of water you should be drinking in a 24 hour period. Distilled water is the best--as it is just pure water with absolutely nothing in it. If you do this, you will see improvements in your skin.
Most people find this difficult to do at first, but if you can do it, you will find your cravings for other unhealthier drinks diminish. You will experience other health benefits too...Good luck

M$According to some experts, caffeine-containing foods and beverages can cause or worsen acne. This may be more of an inference by association, however, as the link between the aggravation of rosacea (sometimes called adult acne), a type of skin inflammation in adults not related to acne, can be traced to food sensitivities or allergies associated with caffeine-containing foods. It is also possible that the processed sugar in caffeinated soft drinks aggravates acne. Others claim that acne and rosacea are not worsened by the caffeine contained in certain foods but by the flushing effect of ingesting hot beverages, which can make the conditions look worse. - Quote
