Charlie Sheen intends to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge in on June 7th and serve 30 days in jail (and just get it over with, apparently), according to a source close to his negotiations with prosecutors. His wife Brooke Mueller Sheen accused him of threatening her with a knife during an argument on Christmas Day last year.
His lawyers are reportedly trying to work out a way for him to be able to smoke while he's in Pitkin County Jail in Colorado.
