Is caring a learned skill? If so, do you have to experience caring people or activities from early childhood?
Please explain.

Caring isn't necessarily a learned skill. It's a skill that is present at birth, but must be practiced throughout childhood. If it's not practiced throughout childhood, then when adolecence comes around, the child will be careless and can become rebellious or one who doesn't feel the need to please anyone. An adult who didn't experience enough caring during childhood will also be one who has troubles, as obtained from adolecence.
