Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

From what I understand, black powder is a nitric oxide supplement. Nitric oxide helps your blood flow and another famous drug that does a similar task is a little blue pill called viagra... I have only heard some anecdotal opinions regarding blood clots, but since there has not been a long term medical study, I don't know that any of the personal experiences can be taken without a grain of salt. In my opinion, it would be better to eat foods high in nitric oxide, like walnuts that also have omega 3s, then to take a supplement that dumps tons of an artificial chemical into your bloodstream. I would also consider combining your walnut intake with a green leafy veggie like spinach, maybe in a salad with blue cheese and some protein. Spinach has been shown to increase the amounts of certain nutrients your body can consume.

I have been taking a similar drink (N.O. Xplode) for years and never had one negative side effect.
