I think that may be an accurate statement. Aung San Suu Kyi is a very brave woman. It takes guts to go up against the military dictatorship that took over the country so long ago.
Even after being under house arrest for so long, and with the government trying to crush her spirit, she won't back down.
U2 created a song about her, called "Walk On." It's a great song, and extremely fitting for her. She is an admirable woman, and if we had more people like her, the world would be a better place.
