Is anyone else really bothered that apple tried to link jailbreaking with terrorism? isn't this a sign they're acting like MS?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

From what i have read i am thinking the lawyers are incharge of this case and are making any and all arguments that can to stop jailbreaking.

The legality around jailbreaking is far from settled law and is a real test of the DMCA. Apple is trying to say that jailbreaking is illiegal and a violation of copyright under the DMCA.

From a business point of view i can see why Apple would do this, although i do not necessarily agree.

I personally am not bothered by it. No one has to use an iphone and there are plenty of other options out there. If you don't like how Apple is dealing with this issue move over to a different phone. I hear the android phones are very nice.
