Is a shower or bath more economical?

Does a shower or a bath save you money and water on your water bill? Are there any websites, forums or blogs that help you decide if it is more economical to take a shower or a bath? Are there any websites, forums or blogs that show how much water you use or conserve depending on if you take a shower or a bath? How long can you shower before it costs more?

Depends on how long you spend in the shower and if you have a low flow shower head.

Bath vs. Shower with low-flow head: If you keep your shower to seven minutes under a low-flow showerhead, you'll use about 14 gallons (53 liters) of water or less. Baths usually require about 20 gallons (80 liters), the same as a ten-minute shower.

It is definitely more economical to use a shower for conserving water. Using the shower for taking baths is proven to be more economical especially in saving tons of water used daily for taking baths. You can also use shower heads which are designed to save more water. Low flow shower heads are more popular these days because it saves more water than regular shower heads.
