Is a new release on Steam playable at midnight of each particular time zone of the day the game are officially released by the publisher?
I'm wondering if I can play at midnight in my time zone or if i have to go to a store to get the game at midnight to play it sooner. how does the release timing work?

There is a single time for each release, that is not dependent on a time zone. This can be calculated by comparing the "release countdown" to the actual time at a given location. In US Central Time , for example, Stalin vs. Martian... will be released at 5pm and at 6pm in US Eastern Time.
