Is a 1.3 M webcam a good camera?
As far as video and photo quality goes? If not which one is the best? (built in ones)

No it is not. Current technology allows built-in still cameras to go as high as 8.0 Megapixel. however, for internet conferencing and video chats, the difference in quality would narrow
