IRS have allowed child support organization to take my 2008 taxes. They belong to me Kenyatte Spencer.
my 2008 federal taxes I had sent to my brother savings account. They don't belong to me. I contacted the bank and the money was sent in my name; not my brother's willie J. spencer. They were sent out march 6, 2009 to washington mutual bank. You need to contact me at 323 752-7083, regarding this matter. URGENT! I worked for my money . You have taken $2,435,35 from me that you believe is his. I have my paperwork to prove everything I saying.

If I understand correctly, you have had your tax refund routed to your brother's bank account. Your brother owes back child support therefore the child support agency intercepted the funds and put them toward his back child support. You will need to contact the IRS. Go on the website www.irs.gov and find the phone number for tax questions. I have a feeling that you are out of luck on this one. Your brother would now owe you the money and if he doesn't pay his child support, I have a feeling you won't see it anytime soon.
