With the Memorial holiday weekend coming up I have some questions;
RSS
Iraq is still a problem because there needs to be a clear exit strategy. The way the war was initiated, it now becomes very difficult to exit without leaving a civil war behind and worst problems for the future.
A sound exit strategy, which includes training the local security forces, keeping a strong and representative government body will help to secure that future. The troops will slowly exit, as they leave behind local counterparts - the local military and security forces. Hopefully those will have better luck controlling threats that foreign forces did.
As for your brother's picture, just upload it to http://www.flickr.com/ its a great site and you'll be able to share your family hero with other families online.

Sorry to hear about your brother.
I guess that some troops are being rotated over so that others can come home and catch a break. The President is suppose to remove almost all of the troops by the end of 2010, but about 30,000 will remain to "train" Iraqi soldiers.

With the Memorial holiday weekend coming up I have some questions;
Why are we still in Iraq? And why are we still sending troops in there?
I feel this is a fitting question for this memorial holiday, plus My bro kinda more like one of my kids returned back from Iraq safe and was stationed in Hawaii for a while with his wife and kids and just left here yesterday to serve another year in Iraq. Herb shakes head in disbelief this is still going on.
I see we still can't upload photos from our computers here, Herb shakes head it disbelief again. How can I post a photo of my bro serving his country without uploading it from my computer?

I had the same trouble with my photos, until I leaned to upload them to Picasa so that I could send them here from there. It would be nice to upload directly. Sorry to hear about your brother.
