It is difficult to find more information on this topic because it is anticipated that in the 2011, the 901.1 million people are going to use
mobile search engine, compared with 266.0 million users in 2006 (daily or several times a week), and is also expected to increase mobile search advertising revenues from $6.8 million in 2006, to $ 2.4 billion in 2011.Because of these predictions on this market, it is easy to conclude that more precise information is confidential, and that can not be found on the Internet, however, approximative estimates are available, and for more precise information you may have to pay from $500.00 to $3000.00 on some websites like emarketer.com.Anyway, here are a few useful links; http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/015523.html

I hope I was helpful.

Looking for Stats on the percentage of mobile users who will use mobile search in the coming years. Research source and link needed
Currently not everyone who has a mobile phone uses the Internet however many do. A subset of these people use Search (Google, Yahoo, AOL, etc) on these devices. I am looking for statistical information from research houses/organization that describes numerical what this growth is predicted to be. If you have links to the source that you are getting your information or a PDF that would be great.
