I am looking for a certain type of online game, can you find it?

I once found a multiplayer online game that allowed users to code the AI (artificial intelligence) for their 'robot' or in game character. I would like to try such a game again. I would like it to be free and online. Thanks.

I think the game you are looking for is Corewars. You can find an online arena to compete against other programs at http://www.koth.org/. As I understand it, you have to create the programs offline and send them in to tournaments.

Here are a couple of games that might possibly do for you:

1. Robot Rage

2. Magic World Online

I found these on the Free Multiplayer Online Games site searching for "robot." I also searched for Artificial Intelligence, but that came up short.
