I am about to build a business on someone's sitting domain name. Can anyone recommend a contract? (details after)

We will be sharing in profits and I will get a piece of the sale of the domain if it ever comes about (and as long as I work on it for a year)

There is no such things a "one size fits all" contract, especially one that can be fairly complicated as this one, where not only a transfer of goods and services takes place, but subsequent profit payoffs will need to be discussed, stated, and set.

Depending on the size and scope of the contract you may be better off either contacting an attorney or writing it up as best you can yourself. Just a warning, however--if you put in ambiguous terms, do not discuss certain options, or forget to reserve certain rights for yourself, any ambiguous term, missing conditions, or undiscussed options will be held against the party who wrote the contract.
