How can I record myself playing on a website without a video camera? I want to record me on the computer and then put it on a site called kidstube.com.

I'm gonna guess you don't have a webcam?? they come farely cheap these days and you can move it around to get whatever angles you want..

I do have a webcam. But I want to record what i'm doing on the computer. Not me by the computer.
You can use a FLIP video camera. It has a USB plug built right into it so after recording anything you can plug it right into your computer and watch what you've just recorded ! Very easy to use. You can get one on Amazon or HSN Shopping club and many other outlets ! Have fun !

I use a great site to record my computer screen. It doesn't record your desktop but it does anything else online. You can got to www.screentoaster.com, it's free and easy to use.
If you mean a recorder that records what you do on the computer then you could go here: http://download.cnet.com/HyperCam/3640-13633_4-10781310.html?v=1 to get unregistered hypercam 2, it does do sound and its for free, if you want a better program say like fraps then your out of luck because that costs money although its quality and audio recording is way more efficiant.
