What is the trick?

I note that some video is very popular in metacafe.com.At very short time,it can get too many clicks,I know it is very important aspect to get many clicks that a video must be attractable,but I don't believe it is the only reason of getting great clicks.I think they must promote their video,how to promote video to get so high clicks? and what is their trick?thanks.
