Yes, it's possible. AdSense do sometimes display CPM (cost per thousand impressions) ads, meaning you are paid for impressions instead of clicks.
It doesn't happen often though, as far as I can tell from my account's data.

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
I logged onto Adsense this morning, and I had earnings on a site even though there were no clicks. Is this possible?
I had page impressions, but no clicks, and yet there were some small earnings (only cents) displayed.
