If you bought hosting and ran Wordpress (or other blogging platform) there would be Javascript code / plugins available cover your affiliate codes a bit better.
Before doing this though... think about it. You're going to be (somewhat) lying to your readers. You need to build trust with them so that they don't want to leave. Trust is a fickle thing online; hiding links and doing other shady stuff like this is a good way to loose current or future readers.
