Infinite Jest - how does the book hint the whole thing ends?
Just wondering if someone could clear some things up for me.. Is Hal's condition at the end of the narrative chronology due to him taking or being dosed with DMZ and if so did he take it himself, or did the Moms dose him, is the Moms linked to AFR, is there any clue as to whether Orin survives, and did Hal and Gately dig up Himself to find the master copy or a possible antidote? Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

Someone wrote an Amazon review that sums this up really nicely so I'll quote them:
