Apparently, the baby's name is Sebastien Pesel-Browne - and it turns out that he is the son of Morrissey's tour manager, a chap named Charlie Browne. Turns out Charlie and little Sebastien's mom met at a Morrissey concert.
As to why he chose to pose with little Sebastien (as cute as he is), I really couldn't say. A guess might be that he is trying to buck his image as an asexual symbol - or maybe just suggest that he's looking to have kids of his own. Who knows...
BTW, here is Mahalo's page on his new album: Morrissey Years Of Refusal

• Phil's answer is funnier, but at least Andy let me know it wasn't Mo's secret love child.

I had the same guesses (well, that and it was his own secret love child.)

Well, Morrissey's blatant displays of chest hair are _always_ to be questioned. LOL I have had female friends, in love with him since their wayward puberty days, become physically ill at his concerts when he inevitably rips his shirt off.
