Do you think FEMA should have forcibly ended the filming of ''We Live in Public''?

Did FEMA infringe on the producers' right to free speech when it shut hte project dow?

I do think FEMA and other authorities had a right to shut the project down. By the time it was shut down, the artistic point had already been made and the well-being of the participants was at stake.
