For me I think the eyebrow is most attractive on a male
And for women I like snake bites (don't ask me why I just do)

Anyway, I love a well placed conch, discrete nostril, or hood on the fairer.
For males, as does other genders, personality and self-awareness determine the best fit. Some carry a septum well, others look like bloated bulls.... stretched lobes work for some, most... not so much. Personally, I'm into symmetry. Both nipples, navel (down boy down, all surgical, no jewel attached), prince albert, and two frenums. Not that I'm intently seeking a sneak peak, but I think the frenum and dido does the punched male the most justice.
