Yes. In the same way Call of Duty is racist for having us shoot Japanese and German people. In the same way Silent Hill is sexist (or anti-medical? o_O) for having us shoot nurses. Both of those games also have us killing dogs. Why isn't PETA raising a ruckus? Halo has us shooting aliens. Does that mean Bungie will be extremely opposed if we ever make contact with life on other planets? RE4 was set in Europe (Spain I think because a lot of the names were Spanish). So all the bad guys we killed were Spaniards. Why is it suddenly racism because the bad guys are African?

I wouldn't say so. The game takes place in Africa, after all. I think it'd actually be more racist if there -weren't- any Africans around. Plus it isn't as though you go around exclusively shooting black folks. Zombies or Plagas, they don't care what color your skin are. All they care about is how delicious your organs taste!
