I have the PS3 version and btw , the 360 version is the same . You do NOT need to fly mach 2 for 1 hour straight . The game records your time above 1280 knots and saves it everytime you go in and out of free flight .So make sure your using a plane fast enough to do this . Hope this helps .
I finally got the trophy. It turns out you dont have to do it for a straight hour. Thanks for your help anyway :)
