In the Taft Tunnels there is a blue barrier like a force field which i cannot get past what is this??? Sarah
This is just through the tunnels as your heading towards the citadel. It goes from one side to the other and is impossible to get passed could this be a glitch?

If you are escorting Dr. Li and the scientists the only barrier is the locked door, which Dr. Li will unlock if you "buy her some time" by holding off the Enclave troops coming from the next room.
If you have already escorted Dr. Li to the Citadel, you can't return to the Memoral via the Taft Tunnels. The blue barrier is probably an Enclave force field.
