in the pc version of fear 2 how do i kill snake fist i know i have to use the mouse control i.e. melee but i cant seem to do it
i know its to do with the melee he keeps grabbing my gun then kills me

You keep pressing melee to force the gun to him and then press left mouse button to blow his head off. You must be pressing it when the gun is under your head. You cant let him push the gun under your head.
