In the last glacier iceage in North America, how big was the Wisconsin Glacial Episode?
Is there evidence that a significant portion of the glacier broke and affect Continental shift?

I think the last glacier into Wisconsin came down as far as the Ice Age trail that extends diagonally from the south-central part of the state up to the Green Bay area. At least that's where the terminal moraines all show up, indicating the end of at least ONE period of glaciation that was not smoothed over by a subsequent one.
In terms of size, I think it was pretty typical: mile-high walls of ice and all that. Probably in terms of all glacial episodes the last one was also one of the most mild.
Did it effect continental drift? Almost certainly. The weight of the ice effects everything and actually pushes the land down. How much did it effect continental drift, I have no idea or even if that sort of thing can be measured. It was likely a very small effect when considered against the larger interior forces that move the continents around.
