In the 1990's there was a famous case of a black man shooting several people on a train and defending himself in court. What was his name?
He had schizophrenia and thought someone else had shot the people. He defends himself in court and thinks he is there is because he is black and is the most likely to have shot the other passengers. Saturday Night Live did a skit of the case, in which he asks his victims in the court and they point to him when he asks who shot them.
