In soccer, can a left winger be a right foot player?
See the previous question http://www.soccer-answers.com/soccer-positions/in-soccer-what-is-the-difference-between-a-winger-and-a-midfielder
for @thomas_k' explanation of what means winger .
Can a left player perform better, shoot or dribble with the right foot? Or a right winger be a left foot player? Or is this an oddity?

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It has been known for people to play very effectively on the left-wing while being right-footed. Examples of people who have done well playing on the "wrong side" include Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi.

Agreed. And great links @philipy! It was very interesting for Portugal at Euro 2004, where they had both Luis Figo and Cristiano Ronaldo as wingers, and both players used to switch / swap wings during games.
