When you finish the two film challenges after getting a board sponsor
there will be a jam where Rob Dyrdek's challenge in Skate was. Once you
beat the challenge there will be a cutscene where Dyrdek talks to you
about raising money to open a skatepark. After that Monster Clubhouse
will be available to open for $200,000 dollars. A tip on getting this
money is to max out your bet in deathraces. If you lose you can restart
and you won't lose any money.
