In my job I call Australia and sometimes, the call redirects to a 35 minute message with a dog barking loudly. What company does this?

What company does this? Obviously a company that doesn't care about its customers. I can't believe that you had the patience to listen to a dog barking for 35 minutes.
If I were you, I'd try to find someone else to make these Australian calls, or ask the company why they're torturing you. I feel for you...
