In 'Memory of Cape Cod' by Millay, What beach is she on when they say 'Leave your pebbles on the sand, we'll find you another beach etc
If the wind in the ash tree reminds her of surf on the shore, then what beach is she on when they say leave your pebbles and sells on the sand and we'll find you another beach like the beach at Truro?

I stay just off of Longnook Road, just up from that beach every summer. And know that Millay, Edmund Wilson, Mary McCarthy, etc., rented cabins just down the road and used to frolic naked on the beach.
