The Ancient Baron is a Georama piece that fits into the "Baron's House" Georama part, along with a Torch, Sign, Roof, and Branch. Once you place all the pieces on the "Baron's House" part and place it in Matataki Village, go and speak with the Baron to watch a cutscene about Fudoh and receive a Gourd.
