In Eclipse's WTP 1.5.1 how do I create a bowsable file uploader as my input type?

I'm creating a Web service that will extract text from corrupt docx/Word 2007 files that Word fails to extract. I am using the WSDL wizard in Eclipse's WTP to create a WSDL file. I'm pretty much stuck on one of the first steps. How do I specify a browsable button and file upload field so users can upload their corrupt docx file to the service?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.
