The Spirit of Armadeus Arkham is the actually the warden... once you find all of the Spirit of Arkham pillars... you must go back to the Cell Block to the room where you originally found the warden in (behind the room where Poison Ivy was imprisoned)... once inside that room go up into the security office and switch to detective mode... on the floor you will find the final Spirit of Arkham marker...
