Question: What is it good for? Answer: NLP offered by a skilled, experienced, ethical practitioner, can be be useful to help in any area of human experience.
Regarding motivations to seek out a facilitator who includes NLP in their skill set, my experience is that 80% or more of the desired outcomes are oriented around moving away from the pain of a problem (rather than toward the pleasure of achieving a goal). Of course, whenever we "move away from," we are simultaneously "moving toward." The distinction is where we habitually place our attention (pain or pleasure) within a given context.

M$Most people don't know what the heck NLP is... and not very many people would come to see someone who is an NLP practitioner... they would come to an NLP practitioner to achieve a goal.
