I'm thinking about getting a Wii Fit or that Active game by EA. Which one or neither? Is Wii Fit really that mean? Does it yell a lot?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I didn't get Active. Supposedly you don't need the balance board and the game comes with a resistance band and a arm/leg holster for the Wii-mote. I've also heard reviews that it is more geared toward women.
I haven't heard of either one "yelling" at you, although I get tired of some of the canned comments Wii Fit makes.
If you're a guy, I would suggest Wii Fit and a girl EA Active.
Also realize that Wii Fit Plus will be releasing in Q3 2009 and looks like there is much more you can do and FINALLY a way to customize your workout.
