There are very few primarily vegan restaurants in Phuket - only two resorts even mention veganism in their reviews, the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, and the Marina Phuket Resort.
It seems you have the option of going to a restaurant that provides vegetarian options, but if you're looking for something that is solely vegan you are out of luck.
