I'm planning to introduce code review in my team.How often do we need it?How long should it take?I think about two hours each week is enough

It depends on the size and experience of your team an the complexity of the code you are working on and the methodology your are developing under i.e. Agile, Scrum, XP, OOP, structured/waterfall, etc and how well the analysis and design work was done and organized and what kind of coding standards and naming conventions you have in place.
