I'm on dialup,I can't get broadband at present,how can I choose & put a video on a Mahalo page,it can take an hour to download a 5 min video

Though it's preferable, you don't need to watch a video to put it on a How To page. I'd recommend that you look for videos from Howcast http://www.youtube.com/user/Howcast on Youtube for your How To page.. Howcast.com posts most of their videos on Youtube and they have a editorial process that produces excellent quality informative videos.
