I'm looking for web statistics for Thanksgiving 2008. Is there a big drop in web traffic over the holiday? What days are worst?
What would be especially helpful is a traffic chart for TechCrunch.com for the Thanksgiving holiday 2008.
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Thanksgiving is 2nd Monday in October (Canada); 4th Thursday in November (U.S.).
For Canada, Oct 13, 2008.
For US, Nov 27, 2008.

Alexa has Techcrunch web stats in format of trailing 7 days, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, max.
http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/http://www.techcrunch.com
Only “max” is showing data that you need.
However, it doesn’t have sufficient “resolution” to pinpoint to dates.
I try to use web archive of above website to see but couldn't.

Quantcast traffic data for techcrunch.com has been hidden by owner. So for your requested website can't help you. Even if the traffic data was listed and you view the past year you won't (at least for free) be able to get the specific traffic for the day you requested. Similarly, compete.com for techcrunch.com only shows monthly data. Sorry - can't help more than this.
